Did you order an article that does not fit or is not to your satisfaction?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your home to the web shop are to be borne by you. The costs for the return shipment of an article(s), of which the fault lies with Gidion, are to be borne by Gidion. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging.

To make use of this right, please contact us via info@gidion.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order. If you return damaged or used items, the legally permitted amount will be deducted.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products

that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer;

That are clearly personal in nature;

Which cannot be returned due to their nature;

For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

Form for withdrawal

The exchange of an article is also possible. If you wish to exchange an article, please fill in the return form enclosed with your order as completely as possible. We will send you the new item without additional postage as soon as possible after receipt of the return shipment and the completed return form.
